If you’re in years 10-13 at school or college then check out…
FarSide is the St Mary’s youth home group, which meets on Sunday nights, 6.00-7:45pm in St Mary’s Church Rooms. We have lots of fun hanging out together, eating a delicious dinner and playing silly games, but the best part is getting stuck into God’s word together.
Moving from Pathfinders to regular church life is a tricky transition, so for those in years 10 and 11 we’ve created the Bridge at the 11am Service to help smooth the path. The idea of the Bridge is to get you ready for being part of the normal church service, so the studies and activities are designed with that in mind! It’s a bit more complicated than Pathfinders so listen up…
1st Sunday in the month: Everyone in the All Age Service
2nd Sunday in the month: Start in the service and then head down to the Rectory for Bible study, games and Cafe Africa goodies!
3rd Sunday: Get involved in serving at church.
4th Sunday: Like the 2nd Sunday!
5th Sunday (when there is one): In the service all the way through.
